We have had lots of beautiful weather (mixed in with some not-so, but....) and so one Saturday night, we decided to pack up a picnic and head to our favorite park. A few bites into our dinner, we heard the ice cream truck. Uh oh. Luckily, I distracted the girls long enough for them to eat something that wasn't pure sugar and then we high-tailed it to the truck, just in time to get their first-ever ice cream truck treats!

Now, we have pretty girls that are super-excited to eat ice cream!
Daddy manned the table, but jokingly asked for me to bring him a Pink Panther ice cream, thinking that those had left the ice cream truck line-up sometime in the mid 80's, guess they are still popular - but maybe only to the parents!
Jillian was thrilled with her ice cream that is "Pink!" 
After some time on the slides and swings, we headed over the bridge to explore on the other side.
