Road Trip

 On the way home from Missouri, we spent the night in Tulsa so that Neal could go see a Black Keys concert.  We got to Tulsa in time to have dinner at a really great Pizza place, then we split ways - Neal head to the arena and had great seats to see the concert.  The girls and I had a great time swimming in both the indoor and outdoor pool at the hotel.  The next morning we started our drive home back up but stopped in Oklahoma City to go to the zoo.

 

Guess what Jillian wanted to see first?  The hippos, of course!  They had this cute Pygmy hippo that we got to see first in the mud, and then later, Jillian requested another stop to see him swimming.

 The zoo has a great Children's area that had this super-fun and super-fast slide.  Jillian wasn't into going, but Meredith wanted to give it a try!

 This was a pond full of fish and turtles - we had a blast watching the turtles climb on the log and fall off - Jillian, especially thought this was HILARIOUS

 We were excited to find the Meerkats - Jillian does a great "Meerkat impression" so these 3 were all trying it out in front of the exhibit

Such a fun family time this weekend - loved every minute!
