Jillian was 2 months old on June 14th - it is so crazy to think about how different our lives are with her in it and also how we possibly lived life without her! She is just such a good natured baby who loves to smile at us and especially her big sister. Some of her favorite toys are of course anything that moves above her - from the fan to her mobile in her bed or the one over her changing table and the little birds that circle her head around a mirror for her to smile at when she is in her swing. She is an amazing sleeper and eater too!
We had to delay her 2 month doctor's appointment because of our vacation, so we just went this week (at 11 weeks), but below are her stats:
Height: 23 3/4 inches (85th percentile)
Weight: 12 lbs 8.5 ounces (75th percentile)
Head: 43 inches (97th+ percentile!!)
When the nurse got to the part to tell me the percentile of her head, she looked at her chart and said "Let's do that again..." but then she read off 43 inches again and proceeded not to tell me or write down the percentile. I asked of course - I think she must have thought I would freak out that my baby has a huge head or something. Luckily I think her head is adorable and never thought it looked too big, so no worries here!
