Friday was Meredith's last day of school before Christmas break - she has been so excited about having two full weeks off from school! But she was equally excited about her big party! It was extra special because it was at the beginning of the day, so I got to come into school with her and then it ended right before lunch, so I got to have lunch with my sweet Kindergartner, too!
As we walked to her room, we saw her Gingerbread man - all the kindergartners made these to decorate the halls. I forgot to take a picture of it before we turned it in, so I was glad to snap one of it up - even better!! She wanted hers to be a gymnast and to have both of her dolls with her.
Meredith made fun bead candy canes and wreaths as well as a cute snowglobe craft. The kids also got to make cookies and play a couple of cute games. It has been so much fun being a room mom and getting to be a part of these to see her with her friends and her teacher in the place where she spends so much time. We truly love this school, her teacher and her friends!
