Kauai Beach Day

This beach day marked our last full day on our cruise.  That morning we started to get a little sad about it, but then realized that we had the full day plus basically a whole day in Honolulu before our flight left, so we decided to make the most of it.  The great thing was that there was a fantastic beach within walking distance of the cruise port, so we headed out to relax the morning away at Kalapaki beach.

We really were so thrilled with how great this beach was and enjoyed every last minute of sun and sand before we had to get back on the ship.
After we boarded, I got to go take part in a Hula show (did I mention I took a Hula class the day we were in Hilo?) and I even got an officially "Hula" degree.  Pretty serious stuff.

Soon, we headed back out to the docks to spend some more time in the sun and to see the beautiful views of the Napali Coast.

Then, of course, with that, we had to head back to our rooms to get ready for dinner and to start packing so we could return to Honolulu.  So bitter sweet.
